  • Baidu OCR: Used for optical character recognition of uploaded invoice images and PDFs.
  • DeepSeek AI: Used for intelligent data extraction and structuring from OCR results.

Your uploaded files are sent to these services for processing only. We do not authorize these services to store or use your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. Uploaded invoice files are processed in-memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. Account information is stored in our secure database.
