By accessing or using InvoiceOCR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceOCR provides AI-powered invoice data extraction. Users upload invoice PDFs or images, and the Service extracts structured data into Excel spreadsheets.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Free accounts are limited to a daily page processing quota.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Do not attempt to exceed usage limits or circumvent rate limiting.
• Do not upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service.

5. Data Processing

Uploaded files are processed in-memory and are not stored after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceOCR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
